Job Summary
The Sales Representative will prospect, sell, and train new dealers to utilize Thombert wheels and tires. In this role, you will be a leader in training and collaborating with dealer personnel to achieve long-term sales and marketing growth. Further, you will have the opportunity to partner with OEM accounts to meet sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals to advance their careers in managing a dealer market with a strong sense of autonomy.
A great candidate will have the following qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in business/marketing sales management
Minimum 3 years selling in a manufacturing setting (full-cycle)
Proven ability to manage accounts and increase sales and margin
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
Excellent mechanical skills required
Communicate Thombert's capabilities to the customer and why it is a competitive advantage for their business
Self-directed, motivated, and able to operate independently to meet goals
Ability to travel 25% domestic and international
